Girl, 11, missing from foster home in San Clemente could be in danger, officials say

An 11-year-old woman from San Clemente is reported missing from her foster residence, and authorities state it’s possible she could be with her biological mom. Yet they’re calling the situation “essential,” suggesting if the kid is with somebody else, she can be at risk.

Kaia Fina’s foster mom last saw her at 10:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 6, according to the Orange County Constable’s Division.
